►Story:
I’m really not so much into practicing just for the sake of practicing, but still I went ahead and did the exercises my guitar teacher gave me. They annoyed me. So I asked my higher self for something to “practice” that makes more sense (like actual music). This riff came to me instantly, but it took me weeks to be able to play it smoothly throughout the entire song. Ask and it is given. ;-)

On that day, I found myself uncertain about the direction I want my life to go and what steps I should take next. An all too familiar feeling. Deep inside, I know exactly what I want and should do, but I easily get distracted (like a child) by almost everything around me in order to not face my fears and move on with the things that would really elevate my life and fulfill me.

►Intention:
This song is my friendly reminder to give some attention to my physical reality. I firmly believe that there is really nothing that has to be done in this “life game” that we are playing here. Yet, there is still development and there are phases and opportunities in which things work.

Nature is a good example. It happened several times that the cherry trees at my parent's place were ready but I got lost in my things and I missed the cherry phase again. And when they are done they are done.

Life is simple. If I plant a seed, it has a chance to grow. If I don't, nothing will happen. Some seeds seem to flourish on their own while others may need much more attention, the right soil, frequent watering and protection against harm.
Take care of your seeds, projects and people and they will care for you too.

Buddha said: “Life is an illusion.” It’s a dream. However, it’s an action dream. A game that has to be played. And a game is only fun if we play it wholeheartedly.
Be aware that “getting it done” doesn’t necessarily mean to stress yourself. If things can be hard, they can also be easy. Stress doesn’t really help anyone, nor is it the life you want to live. Focus and action helps.

Healthy self discipline is a form of self love as we shut out all distractions and habits that we already know are not beneficial for our future well being.
So without further ado! Ignite your will, focus on what’s most important, align it with clarity and joy, take one step at a time and get it done!
