This sneaky “Notion” that comes creeping into your life. The little devil on your shoulder that keeps holding you back again and again on your path towards happiness. It can be your social media account, a bad habit, your laziness, negative thoughts, self-sabotage, the downwards spiral into depression, a fear, an addiction or simply the late-night fast food you ate, although you knew it would be no good for your stomach.

The “Notion” angers you. It seduces, confuses and distracts you. It keeps you trapped until you finally decide to learn the lesson and don’t let yourself be held back on your path towards happiness

The next time your inner shadow tortures you this song shall give you the power to say: F**K IT! From now on I will do things differently!
